Expectations and Rewards
Caswell is a Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) school.
We believe in the importance of teaching (and showing) students what our school-wide rules/expectations are, and never assuming that they should already know how to follow the rules.
With this in mind, our teachers take time at the beginning of each school year, and after extended breaks, to teach our school-wide rules, also known as our ROAR expectations. For each of these rules, students share and even demonstrate examples and non-examples.
Our staff rewards and celebrates good choices all day long with Cougar Cash and HERO points. Students can use their cash/points to shop at our online student store at
gg.gg/CasDen
