Caswell Dual Language Academy is proud to announce that two of our dedicated educators, Amanda DeBoer, a 3rd-grade English teacher in our dual language program, and Monica Mendoza, a 5th-grade dual language teacher, were true superstars at the recent California Assessment Conference.
Though it was their first time presenting at a conference, DeBoer and Mendoza wowed the audience with their passionate and insightful approach to using data to empower student learning. Their dynamic presentation garnered exceptional feedback, with one administrator in attendance describing their work as "inspiring," and another educator stating that it was the "best session at the conference."
"We had so much fun presenting with you," shared district administrators Ashley Grim and Sharon Carter. Amanda DeBoer and Monica Mendoza's dedication to their craft and the success of their students shone through, making them stand out among educators across the state.
